Sizing Guide
Here’s What You Need To Do
- Gather some reference photos that I can use to make the drawing.
If you’ve only got one, we’ll do our best with it, but ideally, having a bunch of different photos allows me to become more familiar with the person I’m drawing.
Also, clear high-resolution images would be best – it’s very hard to draw someone properly based on a blurry pic or a teeny-weeny passport photo! - Pick a size from the list above.
- I’ll need you to pay an initial retainer fee – ideally the full amount, but if not, then at least half of the total cost. Please understand that this is necessary to protect against situations where a client might have an unexpected change of heart, or in their circumstances.
- Send me a request to get the process started.
- Once your project is started*, I’ll send you regular updates and sample photos to ensure that you’re happy with the way the portrait is turning out. When the portrait is complete, I will deliver the final product to you as soon as any outstanding payment has been cleared.
*Please note that I may not always be able to get started on your project immediately – it will depend on whether I have other projects already underway or not. So please factor that in when you’re working out your timings, especially if the portrait is a gift for someone.
I will always do my best to deliver the final product within the timeframe you need though.
